The building combines circular building sections, designed with textured concrete and gold-framed windows. The ribbed concrete façade designed with RECKLI formliners supports the circular design; the restrained design is completed by the sandstone-coloured finish and the golden frames of the windows, which visually blend in with the surrounding park.
